The largest of the seven emirates that constitute the federation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Abu Dhabi is the capital and centre of government and business life in UAE.

A strategic hub located between Europe and Asia, on the north east coast of the Arabian Peninsula, Abu Dhabi is a vibrant modern Arabian city. It occupies an area of 67,000 square kilometres and has a population of 1,600,000 people.
Located on an island, Abu Dhabi is one of the greenest cities in the region with large gardens, parks and boulevards lining its streets.
